  • Consultancy to a real estate developer (Camargo Correa Desenvolvimento Imobiliário), structuring the operation and acquiring real estate in São Paulo, with the preparation of contractual instruments to swap real estate with future autonomous units of approximately BRL28 million - Ibirapuera Region
  • Consultancy to a real estate developer (Camargo Correa Desenvolvimento Imobiliário) in many projects to acquire real estate in São Paulo, analyzing the legal situation of key interest real estate to implement real estate projects with VGV at over BRL90 million.
  • Consultancy to a real estate developer (Cirela S/A), structuring the operation to acquire real estate in São Paulo, with the preparation of contractual instruments to swap real estate with future autonomous units of approximately BRL20 million - Ipiranga Region
  • Consultancy to a real estate developer (Cirela S/A) in 4 projects to acquire real estate in São Paulo, analyzing the legal situation of key interest real estate to implement real estate projects with VGV at over BRL120 million.
  • Legal advising to acquire part of a farm in rural São Paulo (Barretos) at BRL15 million. Object inventory, other diligences, estate settlement agreements, contract elaboration, deed of property, matriculation division and notarization were done.
  • Legal advising to implement a condominium in rural São Paulo (Itatiba), carrying out meetings, document obtention and direct negotiations with the Municipality, State Public Attorney and CETESB.
Consultancy in complex lease contracts
  • Elaboration, review, and discussion of real estate rental contracts, including contracts over BRL 3 million.
Sales lease back operation
  • Structuring of real estate transactions involve buying and selling, sale lease back, real estate developing, litigation with Magistrate in charge of administrative matters in São Paulo. This involved registration issues, sophisticated real estate tax planning, real estate auction and legal complications over a property.
Consultancy for public real estate donation
  • Negotiation with the Municipality of Taubaté over real estate donation with taxes, orientation to comply with taxes and green area construction. This was done with an agronomist and the Environmental Secretary of São Paulo.
Consultancy for quota purchasing in shopping center
  • Legal advising at acquiring shopping center Iguatemi in Alagoas by a Private Retirement Fund (VASP).
Support to government relations in the real estate area
  • Legal advising in governmental relations for real estate developer union
Consultancy and administrative litigation in municipal building licensing
  • Administrative litigation on behalf of a shopping center company in a municipal administrative action for municipal construction rights in São Paulo.

  • Worked on Issuance of Credit Rights Investment Fund quotas under the terms of CVM Rule No. 400 in the amount of BRL 1B.
  • Worked on Issuance of Certificates of Real Estate Receivables (CRI) under the terms of CVM Rule No. 476 in the amount of BRL 44MM.
  • Worked on Issuance of Certificates of Real Estate Receivables (CRI) under the terms of CVM Rule No. 476 in the amount of BRL 30MM.
  • Worked on Issuance of Real Estate Investment Fund shares under the terms of CVM Rule No. 476 in the amount of BRL85MM.
  • Worked on Issuance of Private Equity Investment Fund shares under the terms of CVM Rule No. 476 in the amount of BRL 200MM to perform investment in a company that runs the administration of shopping centers.
  • Worked on Issuance of Private Equity Investment Fund shares under the terms of CVM Rule No. 476 in the amount of BRL 200MM to perform investment in a company that runs reforestation activities.
  • Worked on restructuring of Debentures (Bond) of power company issued under the terms of CVM Rule No. 400, pursuant approval of Bondholder´s General Meeting.
  • Worked on Issuance of Debentures (Bonds) of power company under the terms of CRM Rule No. 476 in the amount of BRL 80MM.
  • Worked on the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of shares under the terms of CVM Rule 400 of reinsurance company in the amount of BRL 2,0B.
  • Worked on the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of shares under the terms of CVM Rule 400 of food company in the amount of BRL 400MM.
